Hamr na Jezere. The villa was built under
architecture in the roaring thirties. The villa
attracts contemporary magic and majesty
and is a fine example of the architecture of
the first Czech Republic. The building is
suitable for luxury recreational use and for
permanent living by multiple families. It
includes a partially fenced garden, area of
1794 m2, and a garage, which is a part of
the building. External plaster, decorative
elements such as wood paneling, original
shutters and railings, as well as colored
facade were restored during the recent
reconstruction of the exterior by the current
owner. The roof and interior are in very
good condition. The building is connected to
municipal water supply and has its own
septic tank. Relatively well-preserved
original interior which is awaiting renovation.
One enters the villa via the front door and
one enters the majestic hall with staircase to
the first floor,on the left of the hall is the
kitchen, opposite the stairs we find the
bathroom and the toilet. The right door
leads into a large entrance hall, where there
is room for a fireplace and staircase leading
to upper floor. Under the stairs are doors to
the basement and garage. On the ground
floor we find another small room, which can
be used for a bedroom or nursery. The first
thing that attracted us in the first floor is
storage space in the form of the original
built-in cabinets directly above the
staircase. In addition to two large rooms
with own entrance on the upper balcony,
two smaller rooms and a small toilet, there is
access to the terrace, located on the roof
above the kitchen and other steps leading
to the large attic. The house is located in
the former spa resort on Hamr na Jezere,
surrounded by pine forests in the
neighborhood of similar houses and villas.
About 100 meters from the villa the lakes of
Hamr are located. Here one can enjoy the
lovely Czech summers on the beach.
